TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Ownership of the strategic producer pool, including evaluation of the existing supplier base and identification and onboarding of new producers in close alignment with the line manager
  • Implementation and management of framework agreements for our Corporate Brands models, ensuring full compliance with all tender and regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining long-term, partnership-oriented relationships with producers, with a strong focus on transparency, reliability, and continuous information exchange
  • Independent preparation and execution of negotiations on pricing, terms and conditions, and other procurement-relevant parameters
  • Steering and monitoring of ordering processes as well as production and delivery workflows to ensure product availability in the required quality and quantities; tracking OTIF KPIs across the producer pool and handling ad-hoc requests
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain and Accounting to resolve supplier- and invoice-related issues
  • Planning, conducting, and following up on producer performance reviews, deriving targeted improvement actions, and providing transparent analyses and reports
  • Analysis and continuous improvement of existing procurement and sourcing processes, as well as active participation in cross-functional projects, e.g. working capital optimization, warehouse implementations, or ERP transformations

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally several years of experience in an international procurement role
  • Strong expertise in procurement within a retail environment
  • Proven negotiation skills and solid experience in international supplier and vendor management
  • Fluent in German and English; very good French skills are a strong asset
