TASKS WITH IMPACT
• Develop and evolve global Creative Store Design and Visual Merchandising strategy concepts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all markets
• Translate brand identity and marketing strategies into impactful retail, POS, and campaign concepts
• Define and continuously improve global standards, guidelines, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability across projects and markets
• Oversee the implementation of VM concepts across international markets while driving innovation and continuous improvement
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative culture
YOUR SKILLS
• Degree in Retail Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Store Design, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Development, ideally within an international environment
• Strong knowledge of Retail Design, Customer Experience, and Visual Merchandising
• Experience in developing and implementing standards, concepts, and guidelines
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic, creative, and solution-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities
