Tasks with Impact

• Actively involved in the planning and execution of store refits across the DACH region, you will accompany projects from initial concept through to implementation
• Floor layouts and planograms are created and maintained independently by you using the Hoffrogge software
• Supplier communication around authorisations and placement approvals is handled by you in a reliable and structured manner
• Ongoing maintenance and updates of assortment modules are carried out by you, ensuring an accurate and current data foundation
• In close collaboration with the category teams, you provide support on brand authorisation processes
• Day-to-day operational tasks are coordinated and processed by you independently, contributing to smooth and efficient workflows

Your Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, or in a gap year between the two, you are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment
• A genuine interest in planogramming, space management, and the optimisation of retail floor space drives your motivation for this role
• Complex tasks are approached by you in a structured and thorough manner, maintaining a clear overview even when managing multiple topics simultaneously
• Confident working with MS Office applications – particularly Excel and PowerPoint – you also bring first experience with space management tools such as Hoffrogge, which is a welcome plus
• Solution-oriented and attentive to the needs of your stakeholders, you engage constructively in day-to-day collaboration
• Fluent in both German and English – in writing and verbally – you communicate confidently with internal and external partners alike
