AUFGABEN

• Verantwortung für das End-to-End Recruiting von Corporate-Funktionen am HQ in Düsseldorf, in Dortmund und an internationalen Standorten
• Gemeinsam mit Führungskräften entwickelst du proaktive Hiring-Strategien, den passenden Sourcing-Ansatz und belastbare Kandidat:innen-Pipelines.
• Alle Kandidat:innen erleben bei dir einen reibungslosen und persönlichen Prozess für eine optimale Candidate Experience
• Harmonisierte, kompetenzbasierte Interviews führst du selbst und bündelst die Erkenntnisse gemeinsam mit den Hiring Manager:innen zu fundierten Einstellungsempfehlungen
• Prozessoptimierung erkennst du eigenständig, vereinfachst Workflows, standardisierst wiederkehrende Schritte und setzt Verbesserungen um
• Verantwortung für das Training & Enablement der Talent Acquisition Community bei DOUGLAS - lokale HR-Kolleg:innen bereitest du im Train-the-Trainer-Format darauf vor, die Group-Standards auszurollen.
• Talent Insights und HR Analytics bilden die Grundlage für deine Entscheidungen.

DEIN PROFIL

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Talent Acquisition, idealerweise für HQ- bzw. Corporate-Funktionen im Retail Umfeld
• Relevante Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), SmartRecruiters oder einem vergleichbaren ATS
• Mehrere Prioritäten managst du parallel und behältst dabei die strategische Perspektive
• Du gestaltest Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern souverän, nimmst Einfluss und hinterfragst konstruktiv
• Deine Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke überzeugt Führungskräfte ebenso wie Teams
• Praktische Erfahrung mit GenAI und Automatisierung im Recruiting gehört zu deinem Profil. Das Prototyping oder Piloting von AI Agents ist ein Plus.
• Sehr gutes Englisch ist Voraussetzung, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
