Demand Planner (f/m/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor key operational KPIs on a daily basis for one of the CEE clusters, including product availability, inventory levels, stock coverage, and order status.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and tools to assess inventory structure, identify potential risks, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Work with the RELEX replenishment system, reviewing and approving daily order proposals generated by the system.
• Collaborate closely with the D&O Group team to validate system models, present analytical findings, and recommend parameter adjustments.
• Review the cluster's commercial and marketing plans and evaluate order forecasts in line with upcoming business activities.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams, business partners, stores, and the Headquarters in Germany.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, data analysis, or supply chain management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.
