Manager Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across corporate functions at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Dortmund and international locations
• Partner with leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies, select sourcing approach and build candidate pipelines
• Ensure a smooth and personal candidate experience by guiding candidates through each step of the process
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and bring the evidence together into clear hiring recommendations with the hiring manager
• Identify bottlenecks in the process based on feedback from candidates and hiring managers to simplify workflows, standardise recurring steps and implement improvements
• Turn what works in your searches into short training sessions, interview guides and templates, and prepare local HR colleagues to roll out Group standards in their markets through a train-the-trainer approach
• Use talent insights and HR analytics to support data-driven decision making

YOUR SKILLS

• Several years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, ideally across several HQ / corporate functions in the retail industry
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) / SmartRecruiters or a comparable applicant tracking system
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, roles and tasks while maintaining a strategic perspective
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Practical experience with GenAI or automation in recruiting; experience in prototyping or piloting AI agents is a plus
• Excellent in English; German is an advantage
