Data Strategist (f/m/x)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Support the definition of a company-wide data strategy aligned with corporate objectives and key use cases
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments (HQ + country organizations) to capture, prioritize, and translate data requirements into concrete actions
• Integrate data governance policies and architecture standards into the data strategy to ensure data quality, accessibility, and security
• Continuously review and adapt data requirements to evolving business needs and technological developments
• Monitor the implementation of the data strategy and ensure projects stay aligned with corporate objectives and timelines

Alongside these competencies, we're particularly interested in the following skills:

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in developing data strategies, data architecture, or data governance
• Solid knowledge of data management frameworks, data governance principles, and scalable data infrastructure, including cloud technologies and advanced analytics platforms
• Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex data concepts in an accessible way
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to coordinate stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
